Kory has over 10 years of experience in the fitness industry, training and teaching people around the world! Stating as a coach at NC Fit CrossFit gym, he then was asked to move to Cabo, Mexico to open up a gym branch! Knowing little Spanish, Kory navigated learning this new country, culture, and language while managing the gym and teaching classes in both Spanish and English! From his worldly experience, Kory provides tangible and actionable tips for everyone to follow:
