Nicole Boodhai has been indicted on murder in the second degree for intentionally causing the death of her 15-month-old son, Charlie Ramraykha, discovered in a locked bathroom. The mother and stepfather of a 12-year-old Oklahoma boy missing since Friday have been arrested.
