He is the chair of the Advocacy Committee of the Vietnamese Professionals Association BC and is Vice President of Marketing for the Federation of Asian Canadian Lawyers BC. In addition, he is the founder of Beyond the A, an organization that seeks to de-stigmatize anxiety and empower lawyers to thrive in their careers.
