I know so many people that have played sports in high school, college, and even more competitive levels. We find/found so much joy in playing these sports. The team atmosphere, the success mentality, teammates that feel like family. We spend years of our lives immersing ourselves into the sport(s) we love, to become better, and to win. Many of our best memories come from being on the field, the court, or wherever we compete. While we’re playing, it almost seems like those times will never ends. It seems as though we’ll play forever. We get that same feeling throughout different times in our lives. We find so much joy in one chapter of our life. We identify, and feel so attached to this one chapter of our life because it gave us so much good, and when it’s gone and over we almost start to feel lost without it. We feel like a piece of us is missing, that we can’t get back. This was me. It can be hard to move forward, and accept the new chapter of your life that you’re in but when you do things get so much better. This episode is about THE SPACE BETWEEN THE CHAPTERS.
