In this episode, Dan goes to As Is in New York City for their 10th anniversary. He speaks to Brandon - co-owner and co-founder of As Is about the bar celebrating its 10th year being open. He talks about opening the bar, his vision, and what the bar means to the community today.  Adam, beer director for As Is then joins to talk about curating the taplist for the 10th anniversary and how intentional the choices were. Luis from Messorem and Julian, friend of the show then join to talk about the Canadian beer scene. Luis talks about his journey from beer nerd to working in one of the most hyped breweries in the world and how is spreading the word about their beers across the globe.

Later Chase from Top Beer Drops talks about the top rated beers of the past week. He also talks about his trip to New Jersey and what his plans are for the Droppies where he highlights the top beers of 2025.
