About Emma Willmer:

Emma is a compassionate coach and positive psychologist, and is on a mission to empower empathetic women who are tired of feeling stuck, feel suffocated by societal expectations, and want to stop second guessing themselves and sacrificing their own wellbeing for the sake of others. Emma uses her voice to help advance the dialogue on the effects on women of inter-generational sexism, healthy relationships and living a joyful life.
