This week we chat all about how social media contributes to poor mental health, low body confidence and lower self worth. There are so many negative aspects to social media and how it effects our lives on a daily basis, even though we may not even realize it. One this we wanted to note was that social media can also be a positive space and a vessel for spreading awareness and making change.
