With World Kindness Day coming up we thought we’d get Kath Koschel, found of The Kindness Factory, on the show to tell us a little bit about how we can help our kids to be kind.
She spoke to us about how what kindness looks like and how gratitude plays a part in being kind.
In honour of World Kindness Day coming up on Wednesday November 13th, Leigh and Tegan have set a challenge for themselves to record the things that they’re grateful for, for 21 days.
In Nails and Fails Tegan wonders if she’s expecting too much from her son and Alexander helps Leigh with his handyman skills!
