Today we have a great show! We will be discussing the world of retail investment sales, including the outlook for interest rates, transaction timeframes, tenant credit analysis, and the current investment landscape. We’re going to discuss the objectives of today’s buyers and sellers as well as the pulse on foreign investment in the US. Our guest today is Barry Wolfe, Vice President of Investment Sales for Marcus & Millichap’s Fort Lauderdale office. Barry comes with over 25 years of commercial real estate experience, graduating from the University of Georgia’s School of Law. He worked in private practice as a real estate attorney assisting developers of grocery-anchored shopping centers, later to join Aaron’s Furniture as an In-House counsel overseeing the legal department for real estate, then joined Marcus & Millichap in 2001 as Senior Managing Director of Investments. Barry is an active member of ICSC, very involved in the real estate community, and currently resides in Fort Lauderdale, FL.
