We would all like to be a bit happier, but sometimes we make mistakes about what will and will not make us feel better. Paul Dolan, a Professor of Behavioural Science at the LSE hosts this 10 x 10 series as he seeks to summarise what the science of happiness tells us about how to be happy in ten episodes. The series is entitled GET HAPPIER and each letter of those two words is the first letter of the title of each episode.

Paul's ambition in creating GET HAPPIER goes well beyond simply offering a free copy and ending it there. He intends to foster a community of individuals who can make society happier using rigorous and relevant evidence with minimal effort.
