David Buggie talks to Steve Jones, the EHS Director for the Energy Management division. We learn about Steve’s role in the organisation and his passion for high performance and people working across 20 Siemens locations in Great Britain and Ireland. We spend quite some time on the topic of Coaching and how Coaching skills can be used at a site level to create new conversations and awareness that lead to better overall performance including in health and safety. Steve discusses his Sunday job as a Barista in his own tea room and how he packs all that and more in as well as his job and still finds a good balance in his life.
