The Day I Stopped Outsourcing My Life to Others

Today I had a massive breakthrough into my power and how I've been outsourcing my life to others.  Seeking to learn and be taught by many teachers about how to breathe, how to change my mind, how to feed my body, and how to exercise.  The truth is, all of these answers are within me, and today I got to stand in my true power.

• Years of self-imposed pressure to perform flawlessly in all areas of life
• Tendency to seek external validation and guidance for every aspect of living
• Revelation that constantly following others' teachings means surrendering personal sovereignty
• Understanding that authentic living comes from filtering wisdom through your perspective
• Recognition that true power comes from making choices aligned with your authentic self
• Importance of questioning whether you're living by others' expectations versus your truth
• How removing self-doubt and anxiety allows your true essence to shine through
