Ep #345: Analysing Judge Rowland’s Sentencing Remarks in the Hampshire Gang Rape Case, Part 1

Three teenage boys were convicted of 17 sexual offences including 11 rapes of two separate girls, one at knifepoint. Despite this, Judge Nicholas Rowland determined that none of the boys should go to prison as he did not want to ‘criminalize them unnecessarily.’
