You will need: Irish Whiskey, Green Chartreuse, Maraschino Liqueur, and lime juice. Welcome to Cocktology Tonight, quite possibly the world’s first follow-along-at-home cocktail making podcast! Tonight we have an absolute princess, the little sister of the queen of my cocktail heart! The Dublin Minstrel leaves it all on the stage, every night. Created by the great Simon Difford, this drink is nice little twist on the Last Word, named for it’s first proponent, Frank Fogarty the Dublin Minstrel. I cannot recommend a setting in which to serve this beauty, because I can’t think of any setting not to! Please use alcohol responsibly, and follow your local drinking age laws.
