Please meet David Lyons. After 28 years of  being a police officer, he retired as a commander in a 600+ sworn member department in Lexington, Kentucky. Now he is an instructor with a non-profit organization called FBI - LEEDA (Law Enforcement Executive Development Association) and he teaches leadership at supervisor, command and executive levels across the country.
