3. Accountability is the Missing Piece!

In this week's episode, I talk about that one thing that can hold us back without us even knowing. Scary right? It held me back for years and I never realized it until I saw that my potential in business wasn't being reached. Accountability is the hardest to take because it requires looking at one's self. WHEW! I was the queen of ducking accountability and now I'm the queen of taking accountability.
