The fitness media often peddle extremes; whether that's that a vegan diet is the only way to lose weight, or that the only way to gain muscle is by working in the 8-12 rep range. There's often a hidden agenda when people promote these extreme methods, and 9 times out of 10, they're not the optimal approach for most of the population. In this podcast, I look at some of the prevalent false dichotomies in the fitness world and explain why the middle ground is often where you'll find the optimal approach to weight loss or building muscle.
