003: Legacy and Dignity with Molly Knoderer & Deanna Shaat

Molly Knoderer & Deanna Shaat are the Co-Founders of Legacy Concierge Services. Molly has worked in Senior Care since 1992 and has worked in Assisted Living, Memory Care, Skilled Nursing and Adult Day Health Care. She has taken an active role as a volunteer with the Alzheimer's Association and is currently the Vice President of the Board of Petaluma People Services Center. Deanna Shaat has over 15 years experience in Senior Care and has worked in Assisted Living, Memory Care, Skilled Nursing, In Home Care and Senior Living Placement. Deanna has been an active volunteer with several Senior Related organizations including the Alzheimer's Association. Currently she is serving on the board of the Area Agency on Aging in Sonoma County. Together they started Legacy Concierge Services in 2016 (March marks their 3 year anniversary) with the goal of empowering families who are navigating the aging process.
