Sophie Cliff is a Positive Psychology Practitioner, qualified coach and bestselling author of "Choose Joy", who is coming to us from Leeds, England! Sophie holds a Masters in Applied Positive Psychology & Coaching Psychology, hosts the chart-topping podcast, "Practical Positivity", and has over 500 hours of coaching experience. She’s had the pleasure of working with organizations such as Freddie’s Flowers, Wild and Method, to help them bring joy back to the workplace, and her expertise is regularly cited in the national press. Prior to building her coaching and psychology practice, Sophie spent a decade climbing the corporate career ladder, working in sales and marketing at global organizations such as the Walt Disney Company and Hallmark Cards, and developing high-performing teams at smaller tech start-ups. Sophie lives in Leeds, UK, with her husband, Sam, and their cat, Lola. She’s a proud volunteer, a voracious bookworm, and an avid adventure-seeker.
