In 2012, Cari Farver met a new man named Dave and they seemed to hit it off right away. Neither of them was looking for anything serious, so their relationship was kind of perfect for each of them…until one day when Cari seemed to do a 180 and told Dave that she wanted to move in with him. This made him uncomfortable—and he told her that he didn’t think it was a good idea. Then she flew off the handle and texted him back, saying she hated him and that she wanted to break up with him. Dave was confused and when her family also started receiving confusing texts from Cari, those that loved her wondered what was going on.
