The more people talk about it, the more the stigma will dissipate. Mental health is a huge them in my women's fiction novel and how so many of the signs go unnoticed by the people around my main character. It's a very important story and very dear to my heart since it's loosely based off of my own life experience.
We are so happy that we had this interview with Jessica and hope to inspire many that are in her situation. Mental Health needs more Awareness and should always be spoken about.
