Get Organised With Decluttr Me
Health & Fitness:Mental Health
This week my guest is Dr Fiona Rennie who is based at Genesis Healthcare centre and focuses on specialist family medicine including helping women dealing with perimenopause and menopause.
I have been recently advised by my Dr that I have perimenopause and I won’t lie, I had no idea what it was but it freaked me out. After a bit of research, I realised that there is not enough information about them both. However, from what I can tell the change of hormones in our bodies can lead to various issues and changes in our life, which could be detrimental to our home and work life.
I thought it would great to have Dr Fiona Rennie on the show to talk about this today, to just help us navigate through this time in our lives.
