It's hot! (At least in the northern hemisphere.)
If you're at all like me, it's harder to stay calm when my face feels like it's melting off. Everything the wife or kids say or do seems to cut more sharply.
If you still blame your family for when you get overheated on the inside, it might be time to take a closer look in there. Our emotions are ultimately coming from our choices. We can choose how we frame everything that others say and do.
Join me in this episode as I open up some of the main ways we men lose our cool with our wives, and what to do instead. Additionally, I cover a bit of how to stay cool with the kids too. Turns out they are both related and need similar skills!
