I share a few personal stories, a couple of spiritual insights, and some simple daily practices to help us to better trust our intuition and to compassionately course-correct when we get off track

As we step into 2026, I encourage us to take some time to get clear on where we want to go, what we want to create, and to listen more deeply for your inner directions.
