Fernando Espuelas has spent three decades building companies and shaping conversations at the intersection of technology, business, and public life. He worked gas station and pet store jobs before eventually co-founding StarMedia, the world's first pan-Latin internet portal and the first Latin internet company to go public.

Today Fernando leads Vera Money, the first Emotional AI Financial Operating System, built to help Zillennials reduce money anxiety and take control of their finances. He shares why he built Vera around trust and ethical AI, and what keeps him building instead of chasing retirement.
