From starting his working life on the shop floor of Next, to becoming MD of Boehringer Ingelheim, Uday Bose shares his career and leadership journey with Phil Rose in the latest edition of Leadership Confessions. A child of parents who moved to the UK for a better life, Uday grew up with a strong work ethic and combines this with a leadership style of authenticity and empathy. We loved his lesson of ‘you don’t lose, you learn’ and that to drive performance he will focus on the ‘why’ rather than the ‘what’.
