At just 22 years old, Daisy Davies is already making a huge impact in long-distance triathlon.
Fresh from an incredible 3rd place at Challenge Roth, one of the biggest and most iconic races in the world, Daisy has also secured her place at the Ironman World Championships in Kona—becoming one of the youngest professional athletes on this year's start line.
Even more remarkably, Daisy has stood on the podium at every Ironman-distance race she's completed so far.
In this episode of Miles from Ordinary, we chat about the journey that's taken her from her formative years in the sport to competing with the very best in the world. We discuss how her training has evolved, the habits and mindset that have fuelled her rapid rise, the people who have shaped her career, and what she believes has been the key to her success.
We also talk about balancing ambition with enjoyment, what it's really like to race at the front of professional long-distance triathlon, and her goals heading into Kona and beyond.
Whether you're an aspiring triathlete, a seasoned racer, or simply love hearing the stories behind elite performances, this is an episode you won't want to miss.
