After working in media for years at Fox, then having a family, she decided to launch a talk show at the age of 40. But everything changed in her life when she decided to get sober after getting a DUI and hitting a bottom. In this episode, we talk about how sobriety changed her life, being in a 12 step program, the importance of gratitude, being a victim of child abuse but not living her life in a state of victimhood, spirituality and her new book as well as what's next for her.
