Buff gives his opinion on why he sometimes works out with his family, friends, spouse, and anyone you want to build a stronger and closer bond with. I (Samantha/Sam) totally agree with him because you have fun with them at the same y'all are bettering yourselves mentally and physically together. This is definitely a great way to bond with them, and remember encourage them and to be patient with them because you guys may be on different fitness levels and also remember to be PATIENT WITH YOURSELF AS WELL. :)
Also remember to workout you don't need to always be inside of a gym. You guys can go for a walk/jog, play tennis, basketball, do bodyweight exercises, etc. The main thing is just to move your body especially if you are just starting off (simple but effective exercises are great). Go on a walk, do some squats, pushups, jumping jacks, etc. be creative and have fun.
