Sidecar Recipe
1.5 oz Cognac
0.5 oz Cointreau
0.5 oz lemon juice freshly squeezed
Sugar for the rim and orange peel twist to garnish
A note: this is a very alcohol forward drink, so it's worth getting higher quality ingredients.
Wet the rim of your glass and push rim into sugar to garnish.
Add all ingredients to shaker with ice. Shake and strain into glass without ice.
Add orange twist to garnish.
Enjoy!
