Many of us with chronic pain have tried everything and spent years searching for what is wrong. At some point, we may be inclined to accept that this might just be how life is now.

Often, the pain is coming from somewhere we would never even think to look, somewhere that does not show up on any scan or test. Maybe it really is all in our heads, just not in the way we have been made to believe.

NORA RODDEN

Nora Rodden is the co-founder and CEO of Nervana. She graduated from Cornell University and later earned an MS in Biotechnology and an MBA from Harvard, followed by several years leading strategy across multiple biotech companies.

After healing from chronic pain, GI issues, and insomnia through nervous system retraining, she became passionate about helping others access the same tools. Nora lives in San Francisco with her husband and is also a vinyasa yoga teacher and avid meditator.
