Yin Yoga is a very slow practice made to ground the body and mind by holding stretches for a longer duration. This allows you to create permanent flexibility and a calmer mind. In this particular session Bess will guide you through meditations, intention setting and breath technique. The goal is to be in a metaphysical state and to let go of the past and future. Bess created this session so that you may skip segments and still receive all the benefits. Enjoy!
