God is perfectly unchanging—eternally steadfast and faithful; forever trustworthy. 

So when the chaos around you—relationships, finances, world politics or something else that makes you feel shaky and unsure—threatens to take you out, rehearse what's true: God is eternally dependable. He HAS cared for you, He IS caring for you, and He WILL care for you, forever.
