Toxic Traits Part 6

I want to dive into a few things here in this episode. A few traits that, if not observed, can cause a lot of damage to ourselves and others. We have all seen others display these behaviors, but have we been able to admit we have too? We are all guilty of doing this at one time or another if we are truly being honest with ourselves. So here we go, our special list of toxic traits to for today is playing the victim, attention seeking, and seeking validation from others.
