Health & Fitness:Mental Health
This week my guest is Dr Lavina Ahuja. Dr Lavina is a UK trained counselling psychologist with over a decade of work experience in UK, UAE and Canada.
Dr Lavina is based at German Neuroscience Centre in Dubai Healthcare city and works with individuals, families and couples to help them with various mental health and relationship issues. In her work with individual clients, she specialises in dealing with anxiety issues and obsession compulsive disorder.
I often work with clients who are dealing with relationship issues as well as mental health issues so thought it would be great to get some insight from Dr Lavina to share with you all today.
You can get in touch with Dr Lavina via the German Neuroscience website.
It was so interesting and fun to chat to Dr Lavina. Thank you so much for Dr Lavina for being on the episode. I hope you found it useful and if you loved, please share it with your friends and family.
Thanks for listening as always.
x
Shelina
