Padraig O’Hora ”Who cares how long it takes?”

This week, I’m thrilled and honoured to be joined by former Mayo footballer Pádraig O Hora, who recently achieved the extraordinary feat of reaching the summit of Mount Everest.

Pádraig has long been a passionate and inspiring advocate for mental health, using his platform to encourage open and honest conversations around wellbeing.
