Phil McGrane is the Idaho Secretary of State and came in to talk about Idaho elections, business, St. Paddy’s Day, and the loss of the beloved mayor Rick Hogaboam. Rest in peace, Rick.

Ada County is also home to our state capital and many of our elected officials.
