The 40th birthday is more than a milestone; it’s the beginning of an incredibly crucial decade in almost every aspect of our lives.
It's time to get our SH-T together.

Some women start thinking about 40 the day after their 35th birthday. For others it sneaks up, lost among work and family and the chaos of life, until….OMG! Here we are.
In this episode Dr Vonda Wright is joined once again by KMarie MD, surgeon and health advocate, who reviews the The 40-ish Health Checklist.
Many times, turning 40 is the first formal introduction to annual preventive health (aside from OB)a nd KMarie MD details What the 40-ish checklist of health exams you should undergo? How do you find a medical doctor you trust and align with? And much more.
