Did You Know? February is Teen Dating Violence Awareness Month! If not, that’s OK...This was something new that Stasia & C.T. just recently learned also! So, the ladies did some research and found SO much info that they decided to share with not only teens, but parents as well. In this episode, the gals share a few stats of teen dating & the benefits of healthy teen dating. They define teen dating violence, give you the stats of teen dating violence and equip you with some warning signs of teen dating abuse. They also discuss the risk factors that contribute to teen dating violence, as well as list the signs a boyfriend or girlfriend is emotionally abusive. They will empower you by sharing some ways to prevent teen dating violence, and tell you what you can do if you suspect your teen, or one you might know, is being abused in their relationship.
