S4E2
As Nate and Andrew begin the series on trips, they start with a discussion on cultural intelligence with Esther Jadhav. Esther works at Asbury University as the Associate Vice President for Intercultural Affairs and has done extensive research on the intersection of cultural competence and theology. Esther presents the case for the need for cultural competence when working cross-culturally, even if that work is short-term.
