Ali is seeking a special treatment for her breast cancer. Meanwhile, Miles gets a like on a YouTube video from the God account. This is not his typical friend suggestion, but it leads us to Kylie, the YouTube superstar that needs his help. We find out that Kylie's mom is also Ali's doctor, who is in charge of making the decision of whether she will be admitted to this special treatment trial. Conflict arises when Kylie is not permitted to chase her career aspirations of going on tour. Miles gets involved and tension arises among Kylie's mom, Miles, Kylie's manager, and Kylie herself.
