WTY of Ramadan ft. Tyrone Ross Jr.

We know it's been a while - thank you for being patient with the podcast. We're so excited to be sharing this episode. As some of you may know, the Muslim holy month of Ramadan just concluded last week. In this episode Yousra is joined by Tyrone Ross Jr. a financial consultant, early-stage start-up advisor, entrepreneur, athlete and founder of 401 (401.run). He decided to try fasting with Yousra this year but for what he thought would be a day. In this episode he discusses his experience, spiritual journey and the decision that ultimately led to him fasting the entire month. The conversation highlights the importance of educating yourself on cultures and religions that you may not be familiar with and "making yourself look like a fool" to remove the ignorance that we so often carry around.
