Downhill Ski Lesson Take 2!

It was twenty-eight years ago in 1998 when I first spotted the phenomenon that I quickly referred to as the 1.6% Rule. It had to do with the differential time-wise between the first place finisher and the skier who finished in 17th place. well, the same thing happened last week with come-back star Lindsey Vonn taking the gold and another 17th place finisher. My rule lives on. Take a listen.
