Mike Merrill aka @michaeltmerrill is a Run, Lift, Shoot machine that secretly is a partner in a majorly successful software company in the construction industry. I’d say most people would follow Mike on social media don’t even realize that there is a whole other side to this man who is always smiling ear to ear running up the mountain to train for hunting.
In this episode we dive into the entrepreneur side of mike and talk about how he has built a massively successful business I’ll while being able to hunt and pursue his passions on the mountain.
Mike started out swinging a hammer and when they saw a need they set out to change the industry with a tool that could save contractors millions. The problem they ran into was that the technology was possibly too early. We talk about how they have pivoted over the years and how sometime you just can’t see exactly where you are going to end up.
