Doing Less and Leaning into Trust in 2024

Welcome back to The Process Podcast. I'm so grateful you're joining me for a brand new season as we enter the new year. In this episode, we explore how to approach the new year in a slower, softer and more aligned way; one that - you'll be pleased to know - isn't built on goal-setting, resolutions and / or any step-by-step methods that promise to "change your life".
