How do you do the healing

A conversation from my heart to your ears. Keep up the good work because you’re doing it, you are healing and not giving up. A lot of of start but then we are stopped by others thoughts of us and we still need more healing but are now fearful all over again. Continue to give yourself a chance toward your greater good.
