In this first episode of the new year, I’m naming the real reason so many women—especially high-achieving, overwhelmed moms—set goals every January but still end up quickly reverting back to old patterns. Even when you want change. Even when you know what to do. Even when you’re deeply dissatisfied with where you are. It all comes down to your nervous system and the subconscious beliefs that your brain relies on to keep you safe.
