Justin True sits down for a conversation with Jason and shares some of his lessons and knowledge on his life path. Justin is a yoga teacher and shamanic practitioner. We talk on Yoga, Meditation, Mindfulness, and the mind-body connection. We also cover a bit on music, food, authenticity, and community. He is a guide through many different modalities. Justin operates the Alchemy Home with his wife Rachel. Together they put on various workshops, sound baths, and retreats.
