Yawn - The Baby Sleep Training Podcast
Kids & Family:Parenting
Awake (or 'Wake') Windows are the single most important thing that impacts how well and how long your baby will sleep. They also change a LOT in the first few months. Why so important? If you put your baby down before the end of the awake window it will reduce the duration of your baby's nap. And if you miss the end of the awake window then your baby is overtired and will wake up frequently, cry a lot and wake up early.
