Two Accused Murderers: Joseph Dexter Taylor, Dan Rodimer

Joseph Dexter Taylor, 52, is charged with murdering 33-year-old Chris Kidwell after burned human remains believed to be Kidwell were found on Taylor’s rural California property, with investigators alleging the victim was shot before the body was burned. Taylor had already been facing felony arson and firearm charges before this case, and prosecutors say witness statements about him discussing a “cremation” and showing burn injuries could become key evidence at trial.
